Low, spreading native sumac with aromatic leaves and orange-red fall colour. A durable shrubby groundcover for banks and hot, dry sites.
Size over time
Typical landscape size 0.6–0.9 m (2–3 ft) tall and 1.8–2.4 m (6–8 ft) wide; fast growth, about 4 years to maturity. Intermediate sizes use the planner’s growth curve (k = 0.45) from the #3 install size.
